Republicans Celebrate ‘Anti-White’ Movie’s Terrible Box Office Debut

Many Republican social media users have celebrated a rough opening weekend for “anti-white” movie The American Society of Magical Negroes at the box office.

“BOX OFFICE BLOODBATH,” @EndWokeness wrote on X, formerly Twitter. “Anti-White movie ‘The American Society of Magical Negroes’ made just $1 million on opening weekend in the entire U.S.

“It made a measly $310k on Sunday, a 34% collapse just since Friday. In one scene, Whites are called ‘the most dangerous animal on the planet.'”

According to data from IMDB, the movie made $1,304,270 across the U.S. in its opening weekend. In comparison, Kung Fu Panda 4, which was released on March 8, made over $57 million in its opening weekend, according to data from IMDB.

“A young man, Aren, is recruited into a secret society of magical Black people who dedicate their lives to a cause of utmost importance: making white people’s lives easier,” the movie’s description on IMDB says.

A number of other social media users also criticized the film, such as SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk who called it a “Super racist movie!”

“GO WOKE, GO BROKE,” X user amuse wrote. “‘The American Society of Magical Negroes”‘bombed doing $1M.”

X user @C__DiLorenzo said the name of the movie sounded “like a a gay burlesque show in Vegas.” They added: “The black community is comprised of 13% of all Americans. Many of which are Conservative, family & faith based Americans who aren’t racist, who love their Country and fellow man. Is it a surprise this trash failed? Stop shuckin’ and Jivin’ to the liberals beat.”

X user @blackhawkce457 responded to the post from EndWokeness saying: “I guess woke people aren’t the majority….”

Kyle Becker also responded to the post from EndWokeness saying: “Original title: ‘White People are the Enemy: A Feel-Good Hollywood Story.'”

X user @locdinwithzaza_ said: “‘The American Society Of Magical Negroes’ was one of THE most RACIST/ ANTI-WHITE movies I have EVER seen. I wish I was exaggerating.”

Writer and director Kobi Libii recently spoke with NBC News about the movie, which he described as a satire.

“This conversation around the expectation that Black people are prioritizing white comfort over our own history and our own sense of self is an incredibly contemporary problem,” he said. “That’s happening politically in America right now.

“You see these laws being passed in places like Florida around what Black history is taught that are literally saying that elements of Black history, things that really happened in America, cannot be said out loud in the classroom if it makes white kids uncomfortable.”
